为何需要翻译房产证

注意事项： Matters Needing Attention:
- 本证是权利人享有房屋有权的证明。The certificate is the certification for the oblige enjoying the housing ownership.
- 房屋所有权人、利害关系人可到房屋登记机构依法查房屋登记。Housing owner and interested person can go to housing registration authority to legally look up in the housing register.
- 本证记载的事项与房屋登记簿不一致的，除有证据证明房屋登记簿确有错误外，以房屋登记簿为准。In case that the matters registered on the certificate are inconsistent with the housing register, except that there are evidences proving that the housing register certainly have errors, the housing register prevails.
- 除房屋登记机构外，其他单位或个人不得在本证上注记事项或加盖印章。Except the housing registration authority, other units or person shall not note matters or stamp seal on the certificate.
- 本证应妥善保管，如有遗失、损毁的，申请补发。The certificate shall be carefully kept, in case of being lost or damaged, apply for reissuing.
